up front, and on an individual basis.

no matter what business you are in.

I'm not very good with computers -- do I need
to be?
Absolutely not!
We pride ourselves on the way we can get you
comfortable with your site, even though you may not
be very computer savvy. All of the features that you
request will be thoroughly tested and demonstrated for
you.

How will people find my site? I want more people
(or 'traffic') coming to my site!
We will take care of all of this for you. Submission
to Search Engines is included with your site. We submit
to over 50 Search Engines (Google, Lycos, Hotbot, Excite,
etc.).

Can I choose the layout and colors and other features?
Absolutely. All layouts and colors are easy to alter.
You can submit your own pictures, or we can custom design
some for a small amount.

I already have a site - can you
just help me redesign it?
We can take a look at your current site and your ideas for
a redesign. We have several ways to help you get that done.

Do you set up my site, or do I do it myself?
We set it up for you -- what you see when you view the
sample site can be what you'll get or it can be customized
when you purchase a site. The idea is that you simply
supply us with the content and we'll layout the rest.

How long will it take to get
my web site?
We set up your site and make it available to you within 1
business week usually.
If you need customizations such as changing colors to match
your logo, or help with setting up your Shopping Cart, etc,
we usually complete those projects within a few more days.
Some clients want very custom work, custom layouts created,
more intensive shopping cart and store features, and depending
on the complexity, they can take up to several weeks.
Normal time for most web sites owners to be up and ready
to show their sites to the world is a week or two.

Where can I get a 'web site address'?
What does it cost?
We will get it for you - it's included with your web site!
You'll need to make sure nobody else already has the domain
name you want - and we'll help you determine what is still
available.
Only one person can own a particular web site address. So
if you want to buy Smith.com, it's already taken, you'll have
to try something else like SmithandCompany.com or SmithInc.com
